F A Q

I’ve photographed weddings of all sizes and styles, and no two days are ever the same — which is exactly why I love what I do.

How long will it take to receive our photos?

For portrait sessions, galleries are delivered within 2–4 weeks.
Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks.

I carefully curate and edit every image to ensure your gallery feels cohesive and timeless. You’ll also receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your wedding so you can relive the magic straight away.

Should we book an engagement/connect session?

Absolutely.

An engagement session is a beautiful way for us to connect before your wedding day and for you both to become comfortable in front of the camera. By the time your wedding arrives, you’ll feel relaxed and confident, knowing exactly what to expect.

It also marks such a special season in your life — one that deserves to be documented just as much as the wedding itself.

How will we receive our images?

Your final images are delivered via a personalised online gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution and web-sized files individually or as a full gallery.

Your gallery also includes access to a print store where you can order heirloom albums and fine art prints directly. Of course, you’re welcome to download your images and print them wherever you prefer.

We’re not very comfortable in front of the camera — is that okay?

Completely.

Most couples tell me this at first. My approach is relaxed and guided, focusing on natural movement and genuine connection rather than stiff poses. I’ll gently direct you when needed, but I’ll never force anything that doesn’t feel like you.

All you need to do is show up and be yourselves — I’ll take care of the rest.

How do we secure our date?

The first step is submitting an enquiry through my contact form. Once I confirm availability, I’ll send through my wedding guide and collection details.

To secure your date, a signed contract and a 45% non-refundable booking fee are required. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you travel for weddings?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — I’m available for weddings Australia-wide and internationally.

While I’m based in NSW, travelling for love stories is something I genuinely adore. Whether you’re planning a celebration in the Southern Highlands, interstate, or overseas, I’m always open to documenting your day wherever it takes place.

Travel beyond 60km is quoted separately, and destination weddings are customised based on location and logistics.

(And yes — photographing weddings around the world is absolutely a dream of mine.)

To secure your wedding date, a 45% non-refundable booking fee is required upon signing your contract. The remaining balance is split into structured instalments to make planning seamless.

The payment schedule is:

  • 20% due 6 months before your wedding

  • 20% due 3 months before your wedding

  • The final balance due 20 days before your wedding

This schedule is outlined clearly in your contract so everything is transparent and stress-free from the beginning.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Yes — a second photographer can be added to your wedding package.

Having a second shooter allows for additional coverage, alternate angles and simultaneous moments being documented throughout the day. It’s particularly beneficial for larger weddings, multiple locations or when you’d love more comprehensive storytelling.

I work with a trusted circle of professional photographers to ensure the same level of quality and care across your entire gallery.

How many images will we receive?

Every wedding is unique, so the final number varies depending on coverage and the flow of your day and how many formalities happen.

For full-day weddings, you can typically expect anywhere from 600 to 2,000 carefully curated images. I prioritise quality over quantity — delivering a cohesive gallery that tells the full story of your day without unnecessary duplication (although I do love mutliple angles).

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

Some of the most beautiful and atmospheric images are created in unexpected weather.

If rain is forecast, I’ll work with you ahead of time to adjust timelines if needed and identify suitable indoor or sheltered locations. On the day, I’ll guide you calmly through everything so it still feels effortless.

No matter the conditions, your story will be documented beautifully, rain or shine.

Can we request specific photos or provide a shot list?

What happens if you’re unwell or unable to attend?

Absolutely.

If there are meaningful details, heirlooms or specific moments that are especially important to you, I’m always happy to know in advance.

For family portraits, I always make sure my clients have someone close to them who can help navigate everyone with a list on the day. Beyond that, I focus on documenting the day naturally as it unfolds rather than working from a rigid shot list.

In the unlikely event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding due to serious illness or emergency, I have a trusted network of professional photographers I can call upon to step in.

Your wedding will never be left uncovered, and I would remain involved in the editing process to ensure your gallery aligns with my style and standards.
