More Than Just Pretty Pictures

My goal isn’t just to take beautiful photos — it’s to document your day as it truly was. The quiet in-between moments, the emotion on your face when no one’s looking, the deep breath before walking down the aisle. I’m there for all of it. The big feelings, the small details, the beauty you planned so carefully, and the fleeting moments you didn’t even know happened.

I blend two styles when I shoot — photojournalistic storytelling and editorial portraiture. That means I’ll be documenting your day naturally as it unfolds, while also carving out time to create stunning, intimate portraits that are timeless and nostalgic — the kind you’ll look back on in 20 years and feel all over again.

I’ll guide you, but never force you. I’ll give you direction when needed, but always in a way that feels real and unposed. I want to create space for connection, for emotion, for softness and joy and stillness and celebration.

And when it comes to how you feel on the day — that matters, too. One of my goals for the day is to bring a sense of calm and lightness to a day that can feel overwhelming. I know weddings can be emotional, chaotic, even nerve-wracking — but with me, you can take a breath. I’ll help bring the fun back in, remind you to laugh, soak it in, and just enjoy each other. Because at the end of the day, your wedding isn’t a performance — it’s a celebration of love. And that should feel good.

I’m not the right photographer for couples who just want to tick “photos” off a to-do list. I work best with people who truly value their wedding day — the ones who care about meaningful details, beautiful florals, intentional styling, and who want their story captured with heart.

Hi there, I’m Madi, and I believe that love is one of the most beautiful things in the world. It’s the little moments that make life so special — the romance in a good rom-com, the TikTok videos that pull at your heartstrings, or the sight of an elderly couple walking hand in hand down the street.

I’m a sucker for the small, beautiful things — sunsets that stop me in my tracks (I’ll always take a photo), music that fills the air, the sound of waves crashing on the beach, and the way a quiet mountain scene can leave me in awe. I also love getting lost in books about love — whether it’s a sweeping romance or a timeless love story, I’m always reading something that moves me.

Most of all, I love capturing people in love. It’s what drives me. I’ve always had a deep connection with photography, starting at 15 by snapping pictures around my parents’ yard. Over the years, my passion grew, and what began as a hobby taking photos at birthday parties and of couples turned into a career. At 17, I started my own business, and now, over 10 years later, I get to do what I love every single day.

What truly excites me about my work is capturing those raw, intimate moments—whether it’s the quiet look shared between a couple, a joyful embrace, or the emotional moments shared with family. My photography is all about creating timeless, romantic images that tell your unique story. I want to give you images that will be treasured forevermore, and that you’ll look back on with love and nostalgia for years to come.
